Elite Consulting LA, Inc. ("ECLA," "we," "us," or "our") is a U.S.-based boutique, full-service accounting firm providing bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll, tax preparation, tax planning, controller, compliance, and business consulting services. ECLA is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or audit/attestation firm.
ECLA provides (i) bookkeeping and accounting support, (ii) payroll and controller services, (iii) business and personal tax preparation, tax planning, back-tax filing, IRS and state tax issue support, and tax compliance services, and (iv) business formation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, loan-application support, and business consulting services. Each service is provided only under a separate written agreement and may be subject to its own fee schedule.
ECLA's services are intended for individuals and businesses in jurisdictions where ECLA may lawfully provide the requested bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, compliance, or consulting service.
ECLA is compensated through agreed fixed, hourly, monthly, or project-based fees for bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, compliance, and consulting services. ECLA does not charge asset-based advisory fees or performance-based fees, and ECLA does not receive commissions based on the sale of investment products.
ECLA may maintain disclosed family, business, or referral relationships with unaffiliated professionals or firms, including Tapa Private Wealth. These relationships may create a conflict of interest. ECLA addresses conflicts through disclosure, by allowing clients to select any service provider, and by providing services under the applicable client agreement.
ECLA does not maintain custody of client investment assets, funds, or securities. If a client authorizes ECLA to access bookkeeping, payroll, bank, tax, portal, or accounting-system information, that access is used only to perform the agreed services. Clients remain responsible for reviewing account activity, approving payments, and maintaining appropriate internal controls.
ECLA provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and consulting services based on information supplied by clients and other third-party records. ECLA does not guarantee tax outcomes, refunds, financing approvals, regulatory approvals, or audit results. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for making final business and financial decisions.
